We would come here again if staying in Hanmer Springs. Yummy breakfast, clean pool, great position. It is in the center of the city.

Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Palm Lounge Cafe. The queen room had a comfy bed.

room met the criteria. hotel is a characterful base for a trip in hanmer springs. the location was close to everything we wanted to do. even the kaikoura airport was not so far.
